Evolutionary Psychology An Introduction Lance Workman Will Reader Books Reviews
i told you already i was happy with this book for my study, you asked me the second time so I say again it s o.k.
Great intro into the material. Very easy to read and gives a balanced view of new and old theories.
This book is well-written and easy-to-read. I bought this book not for class but to teach myself about the subject. After reading this book, I feel that I have a good understanding of broad topics within the domain. Moreover, I am confident that I can use this book to guide me toward sources that delve deeper into the various broad topic areas.
Workman's textbook is very good. Has a slightly different approach from Buss's text, a bit more conservative but well written.
I've read several college-level introductions to this topic, and many academic papers in economics and game theory drawing on ideas of an evolved "human nature" common across cultures this is the best overview.
I am a retired psychologist. I Looked at this volume to evaluate it for potential recommendation for translation in a foreign language. Excellent in organization and easy reading.
